Bencubbin Truck N Auto's is a well-established, family-owned and progressive business in the Central Wheatbelt. We are seeking a trade-qualified Diesel Mechanic or Automotive Mechanic, with the opportunity for the right Automotive Mechanic to upskill into Diesel. You'll be joining a small, experienced team where everyone pitches in, supports each other and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding position, working both in the workshop and in the field, servicing Bencubbin and surrounding districts. Every day is different. You'll work across trucks, agricultural equipment, earthmoving machinery, light vehicles, 4WDs and on-farm breakdowns. If you enjoy variety and problem solving, you'll never be bored. You’ll be supported by a practical, down-to-earth employer who values quality workmanship, reliability, and long-term commitment. There is a genuine opportunity for an Automotive Mechanic to upskill into Diesel, if desired.
About You
You will be:
- Trade qualified (Diesel or Automotive)
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working unsupervised
- Committed to high-quality work and customer service
- Confident communicating with customers and team members
Licences:
- C Class licence essential (MC highly regarded)
