We are looking for a chef with a passion for food, a great attitude and attention to detail, good organisation skills and cleanliness is essential.

- Destination Hotel with weddings, functions, events and good local trade.
Located an hour from Melbourne, and ten minutes from Ballarat (Melbourne side of Ballarat), we are currently seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. Trading hours are Thursday to Sunday, giving you a great work-life balance. Our hotel is quirky and eclectic with relaxed dining and an excellent reputation.
You will have:
- Experience in a fast paced / high volume restaurant or pub / bistro
- The ability to deliver a consistent standard of food
- Strong attention to detail and speed
- A proven ability to work effectively in a team and work well under pressure
- A sound knowledge of food and cooking techniques
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Initiative and willingness to learn
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
