Ballarat Clarendon College is a co-educational school for day and boarding students. Approximately 2,000 students attend the school. About the Role - Science teacher
As a Science teacher at Clarendon, you will play a pivotal role in fostering students' curiosity, critical thinking and understanding of the world around them. Working within a collaborative and high-performing environment, you will deliver engaging and evidence-based learning experiences for students, using data-informed practice to maximise learning outcomes and support every student to achieve their potential. Through practical investigation, inquiry and discovery, you will inspire a passion for science while contributing to a culture of excellence and lifelong learning.
Knowledge, skill and qualification requirements:

Knowledge of curriculum design, lesson planning and evidence-based teaching practices.

Ability to analyse and use student data to inform teaching and improve learning outcomes.

A valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or ability to obtain.
