About the role.
As our Manufacturing Night Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of our Prepared Foods production team. You'll be responsible for creating a safe, engaged and high-performing work environment while ensuring production plans are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach and develop team members, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and partner closely with colleagues across production, quality, maintenance and supply chain functions.

What you’ll be doing.

Leading and supporting production teams during night shift operations

Creating a strong safety-first culture and promoting safe work practices

Coaching, developing and motivating team members to achieve individual and team goals

Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

Supporting quality and food safety standards across manufacturing activities

Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency

Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve production objectives

Supporting workforce planning, employee engagement and performance conversations

Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
What you’ll need to be successful.

Experience leading teams in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, supply chain or other operational environments
