$55.07 to $62.70 per hour + salary packaging | Senior Clinical Pharmacist - Women's Health
Permanent Full Time | 40 hours per week with a monthly ADO (Part Time applicants considered)

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Clinical Pharmacist to lead and deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services within our women's health clinical streams at Grampians Health Ballarat. This is an exciting opportunity to combine advanced clinical expertise with leadership, education and training in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Core Duties
Provide advanced clinical pharmacy care to Women's Health inpatient units
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, patient focused care
Strategic planning and implementation of a specialised pharmacist led ambulatory clinic for women’s health patients with complex medication needs
Drive service development, quality improvement and innovation for women's health clinical pharmacy services
Skills & Experience
AHPRA registered pharmacist
Advanced clinical pharmacy capability
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Skilled in supervision, mentoring and team leadership
Postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification or ANZCAP credentialing desirable
