Latrobe Regional Health is looking for People & Culture Admin to join our growing team on a part time (0.4EFT) fixed term basis until September 2027.
- Work days are Mondays & Tuesday
- Hourly Rate $30.76 + Super
The People & Culture Administration Officer provides efficient and effective administrative and reception support to the People & Culture Department and employees. This role serves as a key point of contact for staff enquiries and supports the smooth operation of People & Culture services through the delivery of high‑quality administrative assistance, communication and office coordination.
Working within a fast‑paced environment, the position contributes to excellent customer service, effective records management and the day‑to‑day administration of People & Culture functions while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality and organisational standards.

The role of the People & Culture Admin is to:
- Provide professional reception and administrative support to the People & Culture team, including managing phone calls, front counter enquiries and directing requests appropriately.
- Manage the People & Culture email inbox, responding to enquiries and escalating matters to relevant team members as required.
- Prepare, distribute and maintain routine correspondence, documentation and administrative records.
- Coordinate security badge administration, including issuing badges, managing access levels and maintaining equipment supplies.
- Maintain office supplies and support day‑to‑day administrative functions such as filing, mail management and document processing.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the People & Culture Department.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
- Experience providing efficient administrative or reception support in a customer‑focused setting.
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- A thorough understanding of confidentiality requirements and the professional handling of sensitive information.
- A reliable, adaptable and mature approach to work, with a commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
