Full Job Description

Trusted Dental is a dynamic and rapidly growing, modern dental practice looking for a motivated Front Office Team Member who wants to join our team.

Join a boutique dental practice on the Gold Coast with the highest standard of care to its valuable patients. We are a very fun and supportive team and our focus is to provide our patients with an exceptional experience.

If you have a happy personality, exceptional communication skills and have dental front office experience we would love to hear from you!

Job Requirements:

Well presented, bright and cheerful personality to provide an exceptional first impression to our patients
Working in a team and playing a vital role connecting the clinical and administration parts of a dental practice
Good problem solving skills and understanding of patient scheduling and setting priorities
Experience working at dental front office
Basic knowledge of Microsoft outlook and word
Good phone skills (education will be provided)
Dental assisting experience

Bonus skills (non-essential) :

Experienced with Dental 4 windows software
Experience with Excel software

The job is a part-time front office position for 4 days per week ( 34 hours - no weekend work required).
