Full Job Description

Not Your Typical Trainer Role

We're not after someone who just runs a class. We're after someone who can walk into a room, feel its energy, and make it better - someone who pushes our members further than they'd push themselves, and knows exactly how to do it for each person in front of them.

About the Role

Coach group training sessions across our timetable
Set the energy in the room from the first rep to the last
Coach technique and form in real time - every rep, every set
Build professional relationships with members so you know their names, their goals, and how they like to be pushed
Work as part of a coaching team that holds each other to the same standard

Technically sharp - you know good form and how to correct it.
A team player - this studio wins together
Motivating - you can walk into a room and lift it
Driven by outcomes - you want the best result for the studio & our members.
Coachable - you take feedback and get better, fast.

Our Culture

F45 Ashmore is a high energy, functional training studio. We hold a high standard for our coaches, and we understand that it’s our coaches that drives the vibe in the room and whether our members achieve their goals or just do another session. Fitness needs to be a genuine passion of yours.

If you aren’t willing to train in at least one session a week with us, please don’t apply. You will receive a complimentary membership for you and a partner/family member to use also.

Pay: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour
