APPRENTICE WANTED – AUTO & MARINE TRIMMER

Join the Trim FX team on the Gold Coast!

Are you creative, hands-on, and have an eye for detail? Trim FX, the Gold Coast’s premier auto and marine trimming specialists, is on the lookout for a motivated Apprentice Auto & Marine Trimmer to join our dynamic team.

This is your chance to learn a specialised trade with one of the best in the business—working on everything from high-end cars to custom boat interiors and more.

Location: Trim FX, Gold Coast
Full-time Apprenticeship
Paid position + hands-on training + long-term career path

What You’ll Learn:

How to custom-fit and upholster interiors for cars, boats, and other vehicles
Use of a variety of tools and materials, including leather, vinyl, canvas, and foam
Sewing, cutting, pattern-making, and design skills
Restoration of classic vehicle interiors
Installation of canopies, carpets, headliners, seat covers, and more

What We’re Looking For:

A strong interest in automotive/marine upholstery and custom design
Good hand skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take direction
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Drivers licence preferred but not essential

No experience required—just passion, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
