The Role
Based on the Gold Coast in our Arundel office, you’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

Language
-
Mealtimes & feeding
-
Dysphagia
-
Aphasia
-
AAC
This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.
You’ll:

Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans

Build long-term relationships and see real progress

Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team

1:1 discipline-specific supervision

6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling

Qualifications
-
Speech Pathology qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)

Passion for supporting people with disability

Driver’s licence and own vehicle
-
NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
