AME Systems is seeking a motivated ICT Support Officer to join our team in a hands-on, onsite support role.
This position provides Level 1 and Level 2 ICT support across the business, assisting staff with hardware, software, user access, endpoint management and troubleshooting within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–4 years’ experience looking to further develop their ICT career within a supportive and growing Australian business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide day-to-day ICT support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Manage tickets and service requests through to resolution
- Assist with workstation builds, onboarding/offboarding and user provisioning
- Support endpoint management activities including Intune/ManageEngine
- Coordinate with ICT vendors and suppliers as required
- Maintain ICT asset records and documentation
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Previous experience in an ICT support/helpdesk role or relevant tertiary qualification
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with willingness to learn
- Experience with Microsoft environments and endpoint management tools highly regarded
- Ability to work onsite and occasionally outside normal hours when required
