The Role

Are you looking to build a career in property management or administration? Join our property management team as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our team with a variety of administrative duties. This opportunity is perfect for someone eager to grow in the property management field or seeking a flexible position that complements their lifestyle with an opportunity to grow into a Property Manager

Your typical day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Undertaking general day to day administration, and creating processes and procedures to ensure the efficient running of the office.
Managing inspections and tasks.
Supporting property management staff in the day to day management duties.
Overseeing the facilitation of maintenance on homes.
Inspecting homes to ensure they are presented immaculately and ready for guest arrivals.
Managing the guest experience and responding to guest messaging.
Monitoring stock and inventory levels and completing orders.
Optimizing processes and follow ups.
Building relationships with home owners and guests.

Requirements

Has excellent communication and customer service skills, being comfortable managing and working with team members at all levels.
Is detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Is proactive and can work independently, but is also a team player who is eager to collaborate with others.
Can solve problems creatively and is flexible to adapt to changing circumstances or unexpected challenges.
Has high level administration and organisational skills.
Must have car and drivers license
Some weekend work is required as well as after hours assistance (shared on a roster)

Ideal Hours - Subject to negotiation

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications and hours worked.
