Join our team as a School Officer - Assising Student Learning (Technologies-Manual Arts) at St Anthony's Catholic College!
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated School Officer – Assisting Student Learning (Technologies-Manual Arts) to join our team in a permanent, term-time capacity.
In this role, you’ll support teaching and learning within the Manual Arts department by assisting students as they develop practical skills in a safe, engaging, and well-organised workshop environment. Working alongside teachers, you’ll provide hands-on guidance during practical lessons, help prepare materials, tools, and equipment, and encourage students to build confidence, independence, and a positive approach to learning.
You’ll play an important role in maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment by supporting workshop organisation, promoting safe work practices, assisting with the maintenance of equipment and resources, and helping students achieve their individual learning goals. Through patience, encouragement, and positive relationships, you’ll contribute to an environment where every student feels supported to participate, learn, and succeed.
