Join Our Team as a Administration Officer at St Anthony's Catholic College
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our team in a fixed-term, term-time position of 35 hours per week, commencing as soon as practicable and concluding on 4 December 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished administrator or Executive Assistant-style professional who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-level, professional and confidential support across the College, coordinating correspondence, documentation, records, scheduling, communications and day-to-day office operations. You will be proactive, discreet and confident managing competing priorities, anticipating needs and ensuring tasks are followed through efficiently.
As a key point of contact for parents, students, staff, visitors and stakeholders, you will represent the College with a warm, polished and professional presence. This role will suit an experienced administrator or Executive Assistant who enjoys bringing structure to a busy environment, keeping everything moving and providing exceptional support. Guided by Catholic values, you will contribute to a welcoming and supportive College community.
