We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Centre Support Analyst to join our IT team at Amberley. This is a hands-on role providing Level 1 and Level 2 desktop and infrastructure support within a large enterprise environment.
As part of a collaborative IT team, you'll be responsible for supporting end users, troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software deployments, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support

Troubleshooting desktop, laptop, mobile device and application issues
-
Deploying, configuring and supporting Windows devices and hardware
-
Managing mobile devices through MDM platforms
-
Supporting software installations, upgrades and patching activities
-
Managing incidents and requests through a ticketing system
-
Assisting with infrastructure-related tasks and IT projects
-
Working closely with local and international IT teams to resolve technical issues
We're looking for someone who is technically minded, enjoys problem-solving, and has a genuine passion for technology.
You may have:

Experience in a Level 1/2 Desktop Support, Service Desk or IT Support role

Worked in a computer retail store, PC repair shop, electronics retailer, MSP, or similar technical environment

Recently completed an IT qualification and are looking to start your IT career

Strong personal experience building, troubleshooting or repairing computers and devices
You'll also bring:

Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

A customer-first approach and excellent communication skills

The ability to learn quickly and work effectively within established processes

Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, ticketing systems or MDM platforms is highly regarded but not essential

Willingness to work onsite at Amberley

Own reliable transport to commute to site

Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance at NV1 level

Australian Citizenship highly regarded
