Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a highly experienced and reliable Mechanical Fitter to join our team across multiple sites in Australia, including Bundamba (QLD), Amberley (QLD), Banyo (QLD), Adelaide Airport (SA), Melbourne (VIC), and Williamtown (NSW). If you are a proactive, flexible, and skilled professional with a strong work ethic, we would like to hear from you.
Your role
Brief Position Outline:
- Aircraft/Platforms: Gas turbine engines including TPE331, PT6A, F404/F414, F135, AGT1500; plus wheels, brakes, components, fire protection systems
- Role supporting MRO, engineering, or advanced manufacturing services.
The essential requirements
- Proven experience as an Engine Technician or Mechanical Fitter within aviation, defence, or heavy industry
- Hands-on experience working on gas turbine engines such as TPE331, PT6A, F404/F414, F135, or AGT1500
- Experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), engineering, or advanced manufacturing environments
- Exposure to aircraft components including wheels, brakes, and fire protection systems
- Relevant trade qualifications (Mechanical Fitter, Engine Technician, or equivalent)
Location: Multiple sites across Australia: Bundamba (QLD), Amberley (QLD), Banyo (QLD), Adelaide Airport (SA), Melbourne (VIC), and Williamtown (NSW).
Shift: e.g. standard business hours (Mon–Fri, e.g., 7 am–5 pm)
FIFO: TBC

- Australian Citizen, or currently holding a valid Subclass 482 visa and based in Australia
- Preferred nationality backgrounds: UK, Canada, USA, New Zealand, or Australia (due to defence-related requirements)
