As a Junior Sales Representative, you are the primary point of contact for our customers, serving as the face of our brand and the catalyst for transforming outdoor living dreams into reality. Your core purpose is to manage inbound interest with energy and professionalism, guiding potential clients through a consultative journey to find their perfect Scandinavian-inspired solution.

PERGOLUX is the world’s leading pergola brand, rapidly expanding in Australia with a young, ambitious, start-up-driven team that’s redefining outdoor living through Scandinavian design and a culture of unity and innovation.

What You’ll Do

Actively manage and qualify warm inbound leads from diverse marketing channels and online enquiries.
Conduct engaging consultations to understand unique customer needs and outdoor space requirements.
Present tailored PERGOLUX solutions, effectively demonstrating the value and design of our premium product range.
Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline within our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.
Collaborate with the wider sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless transition from purchase to delivery.

What You’ll Bring

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that reflect the premium nature of the PERGOLUX brand.
Strong organizational habits and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with diverse clients.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is highly valued, though a passion for learning is paramount.
Prior experience in a sales-oriented role is ideally preferred, showcasing your ability to handle objections and close deals.
