What we’re looking for

You bring compassion, professionalism and a commitment to delivering Best Care, every person, every time. Along with current AHPRA registration, you will have:

Minimum 12 months general nursing experience, with strong assessment skills.
Experience in acute, community and/or aged care settings.
Exposure to complex clinical tasks such as PICC lines, infusions or advanced wound care (highly desirable).
A strong client‑centred, collaborative approach to care.
A teachable, flexible attitude and commitment to ongoing learning.
Excellent time management, communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills.
A current full Australian driver’s licence.

The role

Deliver exceptional person-centred care empowering clients to continue thriving in the comfort of their own homes.
Be a champion for clients and their families, advocating for their rights and wellbeing.
Manage your own daily caseload (fewer, more meaningful visits).
Own your practice – admissions, assessments, care plans, medication management, wound care, including complex needs.
Deliver advanced clinical care and escalate concerns appropriately.
Delegate care to Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers within scope.
Work autonomously in the community with strong clinical support.
Build effective relationships with clients, families and health professionals.
