JOLT is the world's largest EV charging and digital out-of-home (DOOH) media company, combining media, mobility and technology to create a unique advertising platform.

As we continue to build and evolve a best-in-class data, insights and measurement capability across ANZ, we're looking for someone who wants to help shape what comes next and help establish JOLT as a market leader in audience intelligence, measurement and commercial innovation.

You'll own JOLT's commercial data, insights, attribution and measurement capability across ANZ from vendor relationships and technical delivery through to commercial application. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and key stakeholders, you'll build and evolve the capability, translate complex data into commercially actionable recommendations and help drive pipeline, revenue and stronger client outcomes.

This is a hands-on role. You'll work directly with clients, agencies and data partners, balancing technical problem-solving with commercial thinking. One day you might be building an AI-enabled workflow or refining an attribution model; the next you'll be presenting to clients or supporting a major pitch.

AI is a core part of how this role operates and a genuine hiring bar. We're looking for someone who's already using AI well beyond everyday productivity. You should be able to demonstrate how you've used AI through agents, automations, workflows or prototypes to solve real business problems, improve quality, deliver innovation and reduce manual effort.

Commercial Growth (media)

Partner with the ANZ Sales team on strategic media briefs, pitches and major client opportunities, using AI to accelerate insight generation, strengthen recommendations and improve response times.
Turn audience, mobility, first-party and campaign data into clear commercial recommendations that help clients make better decisions and help Sales win more business.
Position JOLT's data, insights and measurement capability as a key commercial differentiator through client presentations, thought leadership, category insights and innovation.
Act as JOLT's specialist voice for data, insights and measurement in client, agency and commercial conversations.
Partner with agencies, advertisers and programmatic partners to translate audience, campaign and mobility data into commercially compelling media recommendations.
Support complex media planning conversations including audience strategy, targeting, measurement, attribution and campaign effectiveness.

Data, Insights & Measurement

Own and continuously evolve JOLT's data, insights and measurement capability across ANZ, including audience planning, attribution, reporting and campaign measurement.
Design, build and continuously improve AI agents, automations and workflows that reduce manual effort, improve quality and enable the capability to scale.
Manage data, attribution and measurement partners to maximise capability, commercial value and performance.
Continuously identify opportunities to replace manual processes with AI-enabled systems, freeing up more time for commercial thinking, innovation and client engagement.
Proactively identify and manage delivery, quality and data risks, leveraging AI wherever appropriate to improve consistency, governance and speed.
Identify emerging opportunities across audience intelligence, measurement, AI and automation that strengthen JOLT's commercial offering and keep the business at the forefront of the market.

Develop and evolve audience targeting, attribution and measurement products across direct and programmatic media channels.
Develop and evolve audience targeting, programmatic, attribution and measurement capabilities across JOLT's digital media ecosystem, working closely with agencies, publishers and technology partners.

Broader Business

Contribute to broader business initiatives across Network Growth, consumer energy and cross-functional strategic projects where data and insights can create value.
Contribute to global data, insights, measurement and AI initiatives, sharing learnings and helping build scalable capability across JOLT's international markets.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve products, processes and commercial outcomes across the business.

You'll be expected to:

Grow pipeline and revenue by continuously evolving JOLT's data, insights, attribution and measurement capability.
Increase adoption of the capability across the ANZ Sales team.
Maintain a reliable, scalable and market-leading capability.
Deliver strong commercial value through vendor partnerships and continuous innovation.
Improve campaign measurement, attribution and client outcomes.
Use AI and automation to improve quality, reduce manual effort and increase time spent on high-value commercial activity.

What You'll Bring

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence clients and senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience using AI beyond everyday productivity through agents, automations, workflows or prototypes that solve real business problems.
Experience in digital media, Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), media agencies, publishers, AdTech or programmatic advertising is highly regarded.
Understanding of audience targeting, media planning, campaign measurement, attribution studies and programmatic platforms (e.g. DV360, Vistar, MiQ, Perion, The Trade Desk or similar) will be highly regarded.
Strong commercial judgement, curiosity and problem-solving skills.
Deep technical grounding in data, audience intelligence, attribution and measurement.
Strong vendor management and commercial negotiation capability.
High ownership, accountability and intrinsic motivation.
Comfortable operating at pace in a high-growth environment.
A continuous improvement mindset with a desire to build, innovate and make a lasting commercial impact.

A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is welcomed but not essential. We're more interested in your experience, commercial judgement and evidence of what you've built and delivered.

This is a full time role, working closely with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders across ANZ and globally, and includes regular client engagement, strategic presentations and collaboration across the business.

JOLT operates a flexible hybrid working model, with a minimum of three days per week from our Sydney HQ.

Regular travel will be required to support commercial activity, client opportunities and broader business initiatives.
