Lead the construction scheduling for the largest data centre campus in the Southern Hemisphere!

About the Role:

Due to our exciting growth plans, we are seeking an experienced and meticulous individual to fulfill a Development Planning Lead position, focusing on our Marsden Park site (set to be the largest data centre campus in the Southern Hemisphere, once completed). This position will play a crucial role within our Construction team - managing overarching schedules, reporting and analytics, resource allocation, and critical paths; endeavouring to both optimise and streamline the overall development programme.

Develop and maintain a centralised system for project scheduling, reporting, and analytics to provide visibility into project performance across the programme.
Conduct regular reviews of construction sequences, critical paths, and dependencies; aiming to assess risk, optimise resource allocation, and mitigate delays and cost overruns.
Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse data (such as progress reports, resource utilisation, key performance indicators) to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations aligned to project performance, milestone achievements, and similar points of note.
Effectively coordinate with project teams to implement adjustments, reallocations where necessary, and reduce scheduling conflicts.

About You:

The ideal candidate possesses a background combining fluency in Primavera P6, with a deep understanding of construction sequencing and associated terminology. Holding demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, and analytics oversight across complex projects; we are seeking an individual who is deadline-focused in nature, with the stakeholder management skillset to effectively communicate with key internal and external parties to drive outcomes.

Essential:

Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
