As a Guest Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable. You will manage all aspects of guest services, from check-in and check-out to addressing any inquiries or concerns with the utmost professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out process.
Customer Service Excellence: Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints with grace, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Coordination: Liaise with various hotel departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, etc.) to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any guest issues promptly, maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Upselling: Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Records Management: Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using the hotel's management system.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar guest-facing role is highly desirable.
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.
Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Professionalism: Impeccable personal presentation and the ability to maintain a composed and friendly demeanor under pressure.
