Support the delivery of life-changing health and wellbeing services for country children as a Schools & Early Years Coordinator. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality, client-centred service delivery through exceptional coordination, communication and stakeholder engagement.

Job Description

Reporting to the Schools & Early Years Operations Team Leader, the Schools & Early Years Coordinator is responsible for providing high-quality administrative and coordination support across our services.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams, schools, and families to ensure seamless and responsive service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating and scheduling client appointments in line with clinical needs and service requirements
Supporting client onboarding, including telehealth setup and technology readiness
Maintaining accurate and timely data across systems to support reporting and compliance
Building strong relationships with schools, families and internal teams
Ensuring services are delivered in line with organisational policies and quality standards
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
Providing responsive, professional communication with all stakeholders
Ensuring confidentiality, risk management and compliance requirements are met

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

Desired Skills and Experience

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE

We’re looking for someone who brings:

At least 2 years’ experience in administration, coordination or customer service roles
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, including families, schools and clinicians
Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality and sound judgement
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience navigating multiple systems

Desirable:

Tertiary qualifications in health, education or a related field
Experience in health, education or not-for-profit sectors
Familiarity with appointment scheduling or service coordination
Understanding of allied health or child development
Interest in rural and remote community issues
