Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent, this role will support the day-to-day operations of our maintenance team by providing administrative, reception, and general support to all personnel, visitors, and management to help keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
This is a permanent full-time role based at our Pilgangoora Operation in the Pilbara region, which operates on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO in the Pilbara region.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Adhering To the PLS Work Management Procedure and Utilising Pronto (CMMS) & ERP
- Support Supervisors and Planners with day-to-day administrative requirements
- Manage staff rosters and help organise contractor site access, travel, and accommodation in conjunction with the Mobilisation Team
- Coordinating communications across maintenance and operational teams
- Order supplies and services, raise purchase orders, and handle invoices for contractors and labour hire
- General site administration duties as required
HSE (General)
- Demonstrate an understanding of PLS safety and environmental policies and maintain an understanding of the main principles
- Report any situation, event or incident that has affected or has the potential to harm the environment to management
- Support procedures and work practices aimed at preventing accidents or injuries
- Regularly audit / inspect team’s work environment and promote a high level of safety awareness
- Actively participating in safety meetings and follow-up or feedback on issues raised are undertaken in an effective manner.
- Identify workplace hazards and taking appropriate corrective actions.

- Demonstrated experience in a Site Administration, Maintenance Administration, or similar role
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience within a workshop, maintenance, or mining environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Current MVDL (C Class minimum)
- Experience using Pronto, including work order and parts management (desirable)
