What You’ll Do
Based in the
Springwood you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
Our Springwood office has a team of 19 clinicians with a make up of:
8 OT's, 6 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 1 Exercise Physiologist,1 Allied Health Assistant and 1 Behaviour Support Practitioner.
We work across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload.
This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills across different stages of their support journey.
You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications
What You’ll Need
. Full AHPRA registration
. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
. An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
. At least 5 years post grad experience
