Full Job Description

ArtiFloor is a growing wholesale supplier of premium vinyl flooring products across Australia. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Casual Administration Assistant to join our team.

This role will initially be 20–25 hours per week (3–4 days), with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate as the business grows.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

General administrative support
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Preparing invoices, quotes and customer documentation
Data entry and maintaining company records
Assisting with customer service enquiries
Supporting the sales and operations team with day-to-day administration

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Excellent written and spoken English
Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable (but not essential)

The following skills will be highly regarded:

Experience with accounting or bookkeeping (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar)
Experience using Wix or other website management platforms
Previous administration or office experience
