About the Role

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be responsible supporting the F&B Manager in overseeing the daily F&B operations of the resort, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff during shifts, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. With a hands-on approach, you’ll craft exceptional guest moments, enhance operational efficiencies, and set benchmarks for excellence.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Manage F&B staff during shifts, ensuring they follow service standards and procedures.
Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing coaching and support.
Support the F&B Manager to manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Address any staff issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
Ensure guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or issues immediately.
Monitor guest satisfaction and provide feedback to the F&B Manager.
Promote a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in the resort.
Assist in developing and implementing promotions and special events to enhance the guest experience.
Oversee the preparation and serving of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
Manage inventory levels, including restocking supplies and checking deliveries.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
