Key aspects of the role:
- Bring learning experiences to life
Help prepare and deliver engaging play-based experiences that encourage children to explore, learn and build confidence. Throughout the day, you’ll interact with children, follow their interests and support activities that contribute to their learning, development and wellbeing.
- Support children throughout their kindergarten day

- Create an inclusive environment for every child
Support children with different strengths, backgrounds and developmental, behavioural, medical or additional needs to engage meaningfully in the kindergarten program. Working closely with teachers, educators and families, you’ll adapt your approach to encourage participation, belonging and positive learning experiences.
- Build positive relationships with children and families
Create warm, respectful connections with children and their families through everyday conversations, information sharing and responsive interactions. You’ll also work closely with the broader kindergarten team, contributing observations, documentation and practical support to keep the program organised and running smoothly.
