Administration & Participant Services Officer
Casual | 3 Days per Week – Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, with a potential for a full-time role for the right candidate.
Enhanced Ability Behaviour Support is seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Administration & Participant Services Officer to join our growing team.
This is a varied administration role suited to someone who has experience within the NDIS and enjoys keeping things organised, communicating with different stakeholders and jumping in wherever administrative support is required.
The successful applicant will work closely with management and our practitioners to support the day-to-day administration of the organisation.
About the Role
This is a casual position working three days per week – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Your responsibilities will be varied and may include:
- Managing and completing participant intake processes with participants, families, nominees, Support Coordinators and other stakeholders
- Preparing Service Agreements, consent forms and other participant documentation
- Sending documentation for electronic signature and following up where required
- Entering and maintaining participant information within our CRM system, Splose
- Uploading, organising and maintaining participant and organisational records
- Ensuring participant files and documentation are complete and appropriately maintained
- Responding to general enquiries via phone and email
- Liaising with participants, families, practitioners, Support Coordinators and other providers
- Assisting management with recruitment administration, including contacting applicants, requesting documentation and information, and coordinating interviews or appointments
- Assisting with practitioner onboarding and administrative requirements
- Contacting service providers, Support Coordinators and community organisations to build relationships and promote our services
- Supporting referral and stakeholder engagement activities
- Preparing basic correspondence, emails and documents
- Following up outstanding documentation and administrative matters
- Assisting with general CRM and database management
- Providing general administrative support to management and practitioners
- Completing other day-to-day administrative tasks as required
This is a broad administration role, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable taking initiative and helping with whatever administrative tasks need attention rather than working within a narrow set of duties.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Has experience within the NDIS space.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating professionally over the phone and by email
- Comfortable speaking with participants, families and external stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
- Confident using computers, online systems and CRM platforms
- Able to follow established processes while also using initiative
- Reliable and able to work consistently on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Professional, friendly and approachable
- Comfortable working within a growing organisation where priorities may change from time to time
Experience within the NDIS, disability, allied health, healthcare or community services sector is essential.
Experience with SPLOSE or another practice management/CRM system would also be advantageous.

Pay: $34.44 – $36.81 per hour
