Current opportunities

We're recruiting Casual and Permanent Part-Time Workers, with a strong focus on candidates who are available to work sleepover shifts as part of their regular roster. Sleepover shifts are a vital part of our service, providing young people with consistent, reassuring support overnight and helping create a safe, stable home environment.
We're looking for people who can commit to regular sleepover availability while also supporting young people during Weekdays and Weekends.

What you'll be doing

Provide safe, therapeutic and person-centred support that responds to each young person's individual strengths, goals and support needs, including young people with NDIS funding and those who have experienced trauma.
Build genuine, trusting relationships that help young people develop confidence, resilience, life skills and greater independence.
Support young people to participate in everyday activities, including education, employment, appointments, recreation, community participation and family time, in line with their individual care plans and personal goals.
Encourage young people to have choice, voice and active involvement in decisions that affect their lives wherever possible.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner services to deliver consistent, strengths-based support that promotes positive outcomes for young people.
Maintain accurate, meaningful records that contribute to continuity of care, informed decision-making and high-quality support.

What You’ll Need

Current driver’s licence (minimum P2)
Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Is willing to obtain or currently hold First Aid and CPR certifications
Flexible Availability with a minimum of one sleepover shift a week preferred.
Completed or willingness to enrol in a Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work or related field
