We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join a 24/7 SIL program in Whyalla. In this role, you will provide 1:1 support to a participant with complex support needs, assisting with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity and quality of life.

You will be part of a supportive team delivering consistent, person-centred care within a structured home environment. This is a rewarding opportunity for experienced support workers who are confident in delivering high-quality, hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver consistent, person-centred support within a SIL setting
Provide assistance with personal care and daily living tasks
Support PEG feeding in line with care plans and training
Assist with manual handling, transfers and mobility support
Support community access and participation when required
Maintain accurate documentation and communication notes
Work collaboratively with team members and allied health professionals

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

A valid P2 or Open driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
Experience providing PEG feeding support
Experience with personal care and manual handling in a support setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A calm, reliable and professional approach to support work
Availability to work a 24/7 roster including sleepover shifts
