Landscape Gardener – Full Time

Location: Redbank, WA 6721 (servicing Port Hedland and South Hedland)

Employment Type: Full Time

About Us

Maid2Shine Cleaning Solutions Pty Ltd is a Western Australian business providing professional property maintenance and landscaping services throughout the Pilbara region. We are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service to residential, commercial and industrial clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Gardener to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

Lawn mowing and edging
General garden maintenance
Hedging and pruning
Planting trees, shrubs and flowers
Weed control
Irrigation installation and maintenance
Landscaping construction
General grounds maintenance
Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess:

A minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Landscape Gardener or in a similar role
A relevant qualification, such as Certificate III in Landscape Construction or an equivalent qualification (preferred)
A valid Australian Driver's Licence
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual outdoor work
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and organizational skills
Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
Excellent attention to detail

Working Hours

Full-time position
38 hours per week
Monday to Friday
8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Overtime may be available as required

Pre-Employment Requirements
