Your opportunity:

This is a busy and varied role where you'll play an important part in supporting families throughout the enrolment process and helping ensure the day-to-day administration of the team runs smoothly.

We're looking for someone who is self-driven, proactive and confident working independently, with a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to finding ways to improve processes and deliver great outcomes.

The successful applicant will be someone who:

Has excellent organisational and administrative skills
Is self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
Takes initiative and looks for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
Provides friendly, professional and responsive customer service
Can manage competing priorities and work accurately in a busy environment
Communicates confidently with students, families, staff and the wider school community
Works well as part of a team and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support
Knowledge of the Enquiry Tracker system will be highly regarded
Is adaptable, solutions-focused and willing to go the extra mile to support the team
