We are looking for a Centre Administrator who can commence from October 2026
- Welcoming our families, children and team in a friendly and professional way
- Introducing new families and team members to the service, conducting Centre tours, assisting with enrolments and orientations
- Use your strong systems skills across QikKids and Salesforce to manage enrolments and families' accounts
- Showcase your masterful prioritisation skills to complete a range of systems-related tasks, while managing phone, email, debt collection and walk-in queries
- Support the Centre by using your refined people and leadership skills as a key member of the Centre Leadership team
- Liaise with our maintenance team as well as external suppliers and contractors to ensure our Centre continues to present as it did the first week we opened
- Use your super-star administrative skills to ensure all tasks are completed to a high level of accuracy, in a reliable and consistent manner
- Display your extraordinary interpersonal and customer service skills to breeze through some difficult conversations.

About You:
- The availability to work rostered shifts from Monday through to Friday for 37.5 hours per week
- Current and State-relevant Working with Children's Check
- Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
- Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months and Proda ID
