Great care starts with great leadership. As Nurse Unit Manager, you'll help create a service where patients feel supported, staff feel empowered, and quality care remains at the centre of every decision.

Every day, you'll contribute by:
Guiding teams to deliver safe, person-centred care and strong service outcomes.
Coaching and supporting staff to build capability, confidence, and engagement.
Leading improvements that enhance quality, safety, and the patient experience.
Managing resources and operational priorities to keep services running effectively.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
Experience leading healthcare teams and services.
Strong people, operational, and resource management skills.
A commitment to quality improvement and patient-centred care.

You'll stand out if you bring postgraduate qualifications in nursing, management, or health administration, and/or experience working in rural or regional healthcare.

Most importantly, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation, and courage to every decision, helping deliver the best possible outcomes for patients and teams.
