BELIEVE IN BEAUTIFUL CAREERS
Beauty Specialist:
With no previous experience required – this is a great position for someone wanting to kickstart their career in beauty. You will be taken on a team member training journey through our Skin and Beauty Training Centre. This position may see you specialising in a particular area of beauty, or becoming one of our beauty all-rounders.

Trainee Therapist:
With a Cert 4 or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, your role as Trainee Therapist is to learn all of the different skills required to be signed off as a fully fledged Believe in Beautiful Beauty Therapist. You will be taken through a training journey at our Skin and Beauty Training Centre to master your beauty skills.

Beauty Therapist:
With experience in Dermal Therapies, you will be identifying, educating and treating a number of different skin conditions for our clients. You will continue to upskill your skillset through the Skin and Beauty Training Centre and feel confident treating the skin with a range of modalities and treatment protocols.

Senior Beauty Therapist:
If you have leadership qualities and aspire to one day manage a Clinic then this is the role for you. You will be a master of all beauty services and lead by example by continuing to achieve your therapy targets, participate in mentoring fellow team members and deliver clinic training sessions.

Skin/Dermal Therapists:
With a Cert 4 or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, your role as Beauty Therapist requires you to be competent with the systems, policies and procedures of a Believe in Beautiful Clinic, We will guide you on your beauty and skin therapy journey with weekly training and external accredited training through The Skin And Beauty Training Centre. You will learn all aspects of Beauty Therapy.

Assistant Beauty Manager:
In-clinic training and mentoring of team members is a key responsibility in this role. This is an ideal role for a Senior Therapist ready to step into the management team. This role is approximately 50% in the room and 50% supporting the manager.
Cosmetic Nurse Injectors:
With a Bachelor or Nursing and Cosmetic Injecting experience under your belt, you will be working with and being mentored by a highly skilled and reputable Cosmetic Physician and with one of the most experienced management teams in the industry.

Clinic Manager:
Our Clinic Manager is the most senior role within the Clinic. The ability to build a great team and overall clinic client base through genuine and friendly client service skills is essential! This position offers the chance to grow and be rewarded for your efforts with an attractive OTE bonus structure.
