What you’ll do:

Develop and implement tailored tax strategies for high-net-worth individuals and family groups.
Oversee complex compliance work across individual, trust, and entity returns—ensuring accuracy and quality.
Serve as a trusted adviser, building long-term client relationships across tax, structuring, and wealth matters.
Guide clients through estate planning, succession, and long-term wealth preservation strategies.
Proactively identify and manage tax risks, keeping pace with evolving legislation and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering capability growth and a strong team culture.
Monitor legislative and industry developments to deliver practical, forward-looking advice.
Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives that drive high-quality client outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience advising private clients or family offices on complex tax matters for high-net-worth individuals.
In-depth knowledge of Australian tax law and compliance frameworks.
A demonstrated ability to build and sustain trusted, long-term client relationships.
Experience reviewing technical work and coaching junior professionals to develop their skills.
A commercial mindset paired with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and client-ready.
