Who we are looking for
Join us as our Branch Manager Community Trust in this ongoing full-time position, based in Warrnambool. This position comes with a generous total remuneration package starting from $185,000 (inclusive of superannuation), dependent on skills and experience.

What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, journalism, community engagement, customer experience, business, social sciences, public policy, management or related discipline, or extensive experience in a similar role. Postgraduate qualifications in a management or relevant specialist discipline will be well regarded.
- Appropriate experience in communication, engagement, customer experience, stakeholder management, partnerships or related functions is required.
- Experience in a significant management role is a necessary prerequisite.
- Experience working with community, government, regulators, media, Traditional Owners, Aboriginal organisations or sector partners will be well regarded.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to guide, support and develop a high-performing team.
- Pragmatic communicator with high professional integrity, strong organisational skills, and the credibility to influence in a collaborative and inclusive manner.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement and the ability to manage priorities.
