Job Title: Dental Assistant/Receptionist/Lab Tech
Location: YK Orthodontics in Tuggeranong and Dickson
Position Type: Casual Part-Time (3 to 4 days a week)

Our team is passionate about helping patients achieve their best smiles, and we’re looking for a motivated Dental Assistant/Receptionist/LabTech to join our dynamic and quickly growing practice.Previous dental experience is highly regarded but not essential. All training will be provided.You must be willing to work in both Tuggeranong and Dickson clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures and treatments.
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes.
- Schedule appointments and manage the patient database.
- Support fabrication of orthodontic appliances.
- 3D printing of dental models, and its manipulation.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with billing and insurance claims.
- Support a clean and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dental assistant or receptionist preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of orthodontic procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with dental software and Microsoft Office.
- Certification in dental assisting (if applicable).
