Recently increased hourly rate from $34.50-$37.00 per hour + superannuation + km reimbursement ($1.11 per km)
Location - Travelling to visit clients around Wagga Wagga and surrounding areas
Permanent Part time role available, previous Aged Care or Support Worker experience required

We are looking for passionate and caring individuals to make a difference in our clients' lives by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible. You will be travelling around Wagga Wagga and surrounding suburbs in a varied and rewarding role - no two days will be the same!!

Day to day role looks like:

Supporting and connecting with our clients assisting with day to day in home tasks - cleaning, tidying, washing and other tasks within the client's care plan
Transport to appointments and shopping
Meal preparation
Social Support or Respite for family/carers
Personal care including assistance with showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained)

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

A genuine passion for providing high quality care to older Australian's in the community
To be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
Good communication skills
To be a reliable team player
To have an understanding of workplace health and safety
Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support highly regarded (but not essential)
An Australian driver's licence and access to a registered motor vehicle (essential)
