The Company
Sanitarium is a progressive and dynamic business that is Australian owned and produces Australia’s leading breakfast products – Up & Go, So Good, Alternative Dairy Co range and Australia’s favourite breakfast Weet-Bix.
The Role
Reporting to the National Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Woolworths account team to deliver category, market share and sales growth objectives. Working closely with National Account Managers, Category, Revenue Growth Management and Field Sales teams, you'll help execute customer plans, promotional programs and strategic initiatives that drive mutual success.
This role offers exposure to strategic account management, customer negotiations, forecasting, category reviews and cross-functional collaboration across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Support the National Account team in executing customer and sales strategies.
Assist with forecast management and align plans with customer demand requirements.
Coordinate in-store and online promotional planning and execution.
Support range reviews, category reviews and customer presentation development.
Analyse sales, promotional and market data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
Monitor category and customer performance to support business decision-making.
Partner with Field Sales teams to ensure excellence in execution.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Manage selected categories and projects within the account portfolio.
Prepare reports, insights and recommendations to support customer meetings.

About You
You are commercially curious, highly organised and enjoy working with data to solve problems. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are keen to develop your career in FMCG sales and account management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and numerical capability.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret sales and market data into actionable insights.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative and proactive approach to work.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline are desirable.
Previous experience in sales, category, customer service, commercial analysis or FMCG environments will be highly regarded.
Exposure to retail customers or account management activities is advantageous.
