Full Job Description

We are in search of of some highly experienced bartenders to enhance our venues on James Street. If you possess a knack for the art of mixology, an in-depth understanding of spirits, and an unwavering passion for crafting extraordinary libations, we eagerly await your application.

Your Role:

Immerse yourself in the creation of an extensive repertoire of both cutting-edge and timeless cocktails, consistently delivering top-tier libations to our cherished patrons. Elevate the dining experience by providing impeccable customer service, engaging with guests, and ensuring their complete satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain a bar area that is not just spotless but also meticulously organized, ensuring supplies are well-stocked, glassware and equipment are sparkling clean, and that all hygiene and safety protocols are scrupulously observed. Become an aficionado of our drink menu, acquainting yourself with the ingredients, flavor profiles, and origins of each cocktail to guide guests in making the perfect choice. Handle cash transactions with precision and diligently record sales, adhering faithfully to our established cash-handling procedures. Assist in the development of new bartenders, sharing your expertise and playing a pivotal role in upholding our exceptional service standards.

What We're Looking For:

A proven track record as a Bartender, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
A deep reservoir of knowledge concerning spirits, liqueurs, and other bar ingredients, fueled by a fervor for mixology and a meticulous eye for detail.
Mastery of cocktail techniques, including the art of muddling, shaking, stirring, and layering.
Superb customer service skills, encompassing the ability to engage guests with warmth and professionalism.
A capacity for multitasking and maintaining composure under pressure, all while delivering accuracy and quality in every pour.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate seamless teamwork and clear, friendly interaction with guests.
A steadfast commitment to maintaining impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as the occasion demands.

Pay: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour
