Sonny's Bakery is seeking an experienced Barista Cafe All Rounder to join our vibrant team in our Tamworth, NSW location. This is a casual position, with full time hours available. As a Barista Cafe All Rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our busy cafe.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing high-quality coffee drinks and beverages
- Assisting with food preparation and service
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organised cafe environment
- Troubleshooting any equipment issues and performing basic maintenance
- Restocking and inventory management
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar cafe/hospitality role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with operating coffee machines and other cafe equipment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- A passion for food, coffee, and providing an exceptional customer experience
