Based full-time in Stapylton, QLD, conveniently located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, this opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and wants to develop a long-term career in sales.
You'll be working with a combination of existing customers, past clients and new prospects, identifying commercial construction opportunities and building a pipeline that supports the wider sales team.
No architectural door hardware experience? No problem. Our client will provide the product and industry training. They're looking for someone with the attitude, drive and confidence to start conversations and build relationships.

What you'll be doing
You'll own your outreach. That means building relationships with Estimating Managers, Contract Administrators, Project Managers and Construction Managers across mid-to-large commercial building companies.
Day to day you'll be making outbound calls, reconnecting with past customers, engaging existing clients, booking appointments, managing your pipeline in the CRM and progressively becoming the name builders think of when new projects arise.
Your goal in the first twelve months is to establish a consistent multi-million-dollar pipeline of project opportunities. It's ambitious. That's kind of the point.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, internal sales, customer success or a customer-facing commercial role
- A background in construction supplies, trade or building products is helpful but not essential
- Someone who picks up the phone without being asked twice
- Process-driven and consistent. You know how to work a pipeline
- Coachable, positive and genuinely team-oriented
- Ability to work full-time from the Stapylton office
