Reporting to the Head of Claims, you'll shape how Guild identifies, detects and prevents fraud through a modern, intelligence-led approach powered by data, analytics and technology.

About You
This isn't a traditional fraud investigations leadership role.
We're looking for someone who understands how data, analytics and intelligence can be leveraged to identify fraud earlier, improve decision-making and drive better outcomes.
You may come from insurance, banking, financial crime, intelligence or a related field. Most importantly, you'll enjoy building capability, influencing stakeholders and turning insights into action.
You'll bring:
- Experience in fraud, fraud intelligence, fraud analytics, financial crime or a related discipline
- Exposure to fraud detection models, analytics tools or intelligence-led fraud programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- A builder's mindset and a desire to create something from the ground up
What You'll Be Doing
- Build Guild's fraud and intelligence capability from the ground up
- Develop intelligence-led approaches to fraud detection and prevention
- Partner with Claims, Underwriting, Data & Analytics and Technology teams to improve fraud outcomes
- Leverage data, analytics and emerging technologies to identify fraud risks earlier
- Build relationships with industry and external investigation partners
- Influence stakeholders and help shape Guild's future approach to fraud risk
