Full Job Description

Now Hiring – Front of House Team Member | Bakery Retail Shop

Location: World Square, Sydney CBD

Do you enjoy working with people and have a passion for great customer service? We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our busy bakery retail team.

About the Role
As the face of our bakery, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every customer while ensuring our store runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages (training provided if required).
Refill and display bakery products to maintain an attractive presentation.
Keep the shop clean, organised, and well-stocked.
Work collaboratively with the bakery and retail team.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

What We're Looking For

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Previous retail, hospitality, or café experience is an advantage but not essential.
Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends, with early morning shifts as required.
