We're Hiring: Qualified Florist – Full-Time or Part-Time

Are you passionate about flowers and floral design? Do you have a keen eye for creativity and a love for customer service? We're looking for a talented and qualified Florist to join our team! Position: Florist Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Location: Westmead About the Role: As a florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, assisting customers with orders and ensuring our shop looks its best every day. Key Responsibilities: Create bespoke floral designs for all occasions Assist customers with friendly, knowledgeable service Care for and maintain fresh flowers and plants Manage stock, unpack deliveries, and maintain a tidy workspace Contribute to in-store displays Take orders in person, by phone. What We're Looking For: A qualified florist with experience in retail floristry Minimum Certificate II in Floristry qualification Minimum 3+ years of floristry experience Creativity and a strong design sense Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading times Must have Australian work rights What We Offer: A supportive and friendly team environment Opportunities for creative freedom and development Flexible working hours (full-time or part-time) Competitive pay based on experience How to Apply: Please send your resume and a brief cover letter (and a portfolio if available) to [email protected] We can't wait to meet someone who shares our love for floristry!
