A day in the life of a Customer Delivery Driver
Join our Sydney team as a full-time member of our airside operations team and become the face of dnata catering & retail on the tarmac. In this hands-on role you will act as the key link between dnata and Cabin Crew, working closely to ensure a smooth, accurate handover and that every flight is fully and correctly catered. Key responsibilities include:

Operating hi-lift trucks to safely and on-time service aircraft catering.
Short-distance driving, basic vehicle checks, and refuelling as required.
Loading and unloading aircraft catering, carts, and ovens, and following up on any discrepancies.
Positioning and guiding trucks in line with airport, airline, and company procedures.
Communicating and coordinating with Cabin Crew for accurate service handover.
Administrative documentation, reporting, and general cleaning duties as required.

About You

Full ongoing working rights in Australia.
Ability to pass pre-employment checks, incl. National Police Check and medical assessment.
MR or HR driver’s license.
Availability to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Sound numeracy skills for accurate documentation and reporting.
