Full Job Description

Position: Support Worker

Location: Petersham, NSW

MUST: Avaliable Weekly Tuesday & Friday: 11:00am–1:00pm (supporting client to attend social club / lunch outings)

Fortnightly domestic service: Mondays 10:30am–12:30pm

The Candidate:

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of others, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring towards clients.

The Role:

As a Support Worker/Carer in Petersham, NSW, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

This role requires a reliable carer to assist our clients in the Petersham area.

There may not be a lot of hours available in this area, however it would make a great side gig to earn some extra money.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
National Police Clearance Certificate
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
Smartphone
Availability for overnight shifts during the week and weekends
