Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed solution designs aligned to approved architecture and business requirements
Translate high-level architecture into detailed technical designs and specifications
Define application components, integrations, data flows, and configuration details
Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure design clarity
Ensure designs align with non-functional requirements including security, performance, and scalability
Produce and maintain solution design documentation and diagrams
Support development teams during build and test phases by clarifying design intent
Participate in design reviews and address technical risks and issues
Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and implementation
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5+ years’ experience in Solution Design, technical design, or senior engineering roles
Strong experience producing detailed technical and solution design documentation
Solid understanding of application development, integrations, and system design
Experience working within defined architecture standards and frameworks
Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern application architectures
Experience supporting Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
