At Hilton Surfers Paradise, every guest experience starts with a clean, welcoming room. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you play one of the most important roles in the hotel—creating the first impression, ensuring comfort, and delivering the standards our guests trust.

Ozone Hospitality Services is seeking committed, detail-focused team members who want more than casual work—we are looking for people who want a permanent role, a stable team, and pride in what they do every day.

About the Role

Working within the Hilton environment, you will be part of a professional housekeeping team responsible for delivering consistently high standards across guest rooms and public areas.

Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction—what you do matters, every shift.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms to Hilton brand standards
Replenish linen, towels, and amenities with care and attention to detail
Maintain well-stocked and organised housekeeping areas
Identify and report maintenance issues promptly
Complete deep cleaning tasks to maintain property presentation
Support sustainability initiatives through correct waste handling
Engage professionally with guests when required
Work collaboratively with other departments to support hotel operations

What We’re Looking For

A genuine pride in presentation and cleanliness
Reliability, consistency, and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and within a team
Positive attitude and professional communication
Physical capability to perform manual tasks
Previous housekeeping or hotel experience (preferred, not essential)
